I bought this product to replace one just like it that I got as a wedding gift in 1992!!!The first one lasted for 20 years I'm hoping I get another 20 out of this one. Great Product!

This is the second Zojirushi boiler I've owned. The first one was on day & night for 10 years so I wasn't the least bit concerned about replacing it with the same brand and similar model. I first saw one of these while visiting friends in Hong Kong -- everyone there keeps one on their counter for instant hot water for tea or soup. I love it and so will you.

It's very bulky and the device takes time to heat the water. Otherwise it's sturdy, safe and not very noisy.
