I bought this cool bottle a few months ago and I'm glad I did!:Pros:-Keeps things cold! Ideal temperature seems to be 70-74 degrees. The cooler my office is the longer my drink stays cold. I've put water in at 8am and its still been cold at 3pm! I haven't done extensive tests, but I know that during my work day my water is always cold, and even when I get home at night I can still drink whats left with my dinner and it won't be warm.-Creates a great seal. I put this in my gym bag so it rolls around and I have yet to experience a spill.-Instant flip top is a nice feature.-I looked around and replaceable parts seemed easy to come by.Cons:-Inside the plastic started to smell after a while. Not sure if it wasnt drying all the way or what. I don't seem to notice it as much anymore but I may have just gotten used to it. There's tons of techniques out there to get rid of plastic smell though if it really gets annoying.-Outside coating will begin to wear if you don't use the included case since it will rub on surfaces. I'm sure this would affect its ability to keep things cold over time.-Case is bulky to me, but thats based on personal preference.Overall this is a great product and I would buy it again.EDIT: I recently purchased a spherical ice tray and now put 3-4 small ice spheres into my water. This helps keep my drink even colder! I put my water/ice in at 8:30am and at 5pm I can shake the bottle and still hear them in there. Awesome.

I'm a believer in vacuum bottles. It's a bit pricey however, it lives up to its description. We couldn't believe it when ice was still remaining after 24 hours. Once, I filled it with ice and water, left in a hot closed up vehicle for several hours, and came back to drink ice cold water. Parts come apart easy and thorough cleaning.

First, the capacity is a little bigger than 26 oz, the box says it is .8 Liter, and that works out to 27.0512 ozs. Insulation performance is very good, it will keep ice cubes for over 6 hours. My usage of it is somewhat different than usually intended. I removed the lid and flip top, and used a silicone rubber cap with a hole in it for a straw. This makes it akin to a big gulp cup. Given this, I cannot comment on the flip lid's function or durability. I'm sure the flip lid would improve the insulation qualities a little over what I'm doing.The inside is lined with some kind of plastic BPA-free, and so far this has proven durable and doesn't seem to contribute any negative qualities to the fluids I put into it. I would have actually prefered the polished stainless interior that the SJ-SHE10 Tuff Sports bottle has. BTW, if the form factor works for you, the Tuff Sports bottle is an excellent option.This bottle has a plastic bottom on it, which worries me a bit, but has not been a problem in practice. I usually keep the bottle inside its black cover, although the bottle is rather attractive without the cover.
