I bought this for my 1st grader. 4 star is for the bottom container being impossible to open by little hands. I now tape the lid so my daughter can open it on her own (I use another container for soups). Rather than that, the food stays warm in the bottom container and I use the top one for snacks that don't require to stay warm. It's kind of bulky and heavy for an elementary school child to carry, but if you don't feed your kid peanut butter and jelly for lunch it's a must have.P.S. There are 2 container inside and the top one is divided in 2. I washed all of them in the dishwasher no problem. It comes with a zippered bag and reusable chopsticks in a plastic case.

decent, a little pricy though

It's smaller than I thought, but my girls (in elementary school) love their cute lunch jars. they said the food was still warm when they ate lunch at school. Considering the price, I hope the lunch jar will last a long time.

Nice and keep warm

I bought this Lunch Jar, so I could keep the food for my toddler when we go out. It is nice and keep warm over 5 hours. I like Zojirushi product.
