I bought two of these bottles simultaneously because I already knew how good they are. I purchased the stainless steel exterior bottle and this one in black, which I refer to as my "stealth bottle" because it can be taken virtually anywhere unnoticed. If I am going to be totally honest it has saved me a fortune by bringing my own drink to the movie theater. I feel no guilt because I have already been gouged for the ticket and then again for popcorn, so saving a few dollars on a drink just makes sense. Super insulated it will keep either hot or cold drinks at temperature for a very long time, and I like the new "slick steel" interior that has no coating that might be problematic. Just pure stainless steel with a high polish. Perfect.

Keeps my coffee hot for five hours (I like to nurse it, what can I say). It's also super easy to clean, unlike the contigo mug, which previously had my loyalties.

OK so I bought this while searching for a wide mouth thermos to take smoothies with me and keep them cold. This has worked great for almost a month now. The ability to fully disassemble and clean the lid is really great, especially considering the contents of this for me are blended fruit and veggie mixtures. It has had no problem keeping contents cold whatsoever. I have no reason to believe it wouldn't also keep things warm.Recouped the somewhat high cost of this container in about a week's worth of smoothies (at about $4-5 per smoothie at the local cafe, they really add up!)
