great product.. keeps coffee, cider.. whatever.. Hot for a really long time (5+ hours)just remember, it's glass-lined, so be careful not to bang it around when cleaning.

Bought this to replace one of two AG30X that failed after two years. The slight bump in additional capacity is welcomed as I can get an extra cup or two out of it. The unit is bulletproof in construction and design except for two critical regions.First, the silicone boot at the end of the dip tube eventually splits due to exposure if you use your pot almost daily as I do. This results in a bit of difficulty pumping.Second, the black plastic of which the dip tube/dispensing nozzle assembly is embedded (at the top) started degrading and dropping bits of black plastic into the water reservoir. This was unsettling and eventually resulted in loosening of the dip tube.I wish it were easier to obtain replacement parts for these critical parts.If you buy this unit, and I do recommend it even given these flaws as it is still superior to any other manual, stainless-steel vessel air pot, then press gently on the pump lever. If you press too hard too many times (like over the course of a year) then ultimately something inside the pump lid goes kablooey rendering it incapable of building pressure or pumping up fluid. That is pretty much the end of the unit.

Works like a dream. Clean and strong. the pump works exceptional. The handle is strong. Travels well. The container carries well with a full pot.
